Beta: Delivering Invoices to Multiple Clients
Invoice capabilities are getting an upgrade! Need to send an invoice to an individual or business that isn’t the shipper? You’re in luck — invoices can now be sent to different clients on a project. The new send invoice experience allows selecting a different “Bill To” client and also shows a document and email preview before sending.
This feature is currently in beta – if you’d like to utilize this new feature early and provide feedback, please reach out to product@supermove.com with the subject line “Send Invoice Beta”.
Beta: Customized Job Invoices
Previously, especially with multi-day moves, Supermove required all services to be listed on a single invoice. But now, the platform can automatically create new, separate invoices for each job on the project. This setting can be enabled per project type so it does not need to apply to all different project types.

Sirva & UniGroup Van Lines: Multi-Branch Project Creation
Our Van Line integrations now support mapping Agent IDs to specific branches in a multi-branch setup. This allows the projects to be created under the correct branch for both Franchise and Corporate branch setups.
Copilot: Company Dashboard
We launched a new Company Dashboard in the admin settings on Copilot. This allows you to see at a glance how many calls have been made, projects created, and projects booked. You can also filter and segment the data between salesperson and voice agent calls.
Copilot: Automations & Call Variables
Automations can now be created and managed via the Copilot app. We also added new variables that can be used in Email & SMS Templates to send the latest call summary or a link to the latest call URL.
Support Education Series: Updated Sales & Copilot Dashboards
This December, our Support Education Series will spotlight the updated Cost & Compensation module ~ a new way to manage how you track and assign compensation for your team. With individual rates for movers and sales staff, plus automation that adds compensation items based on project roles, you’ll have more control and efficiency when managing your team’s costs.
