Crew App on iPhone
Last month we released the Crew App for iPads — this month we are releasing it for iPhones! Supermove’s Crew App is now live in the iPhone App Store! The app can be found by searching for “Supermove: Crew” on your iPhone or by direct link here.
If you need assistance setting up the app on your devices, contact help@supermove.com.
Cost & Compensation: Add Additional Vendor
You can now add any third-party vendor directly to a project's Cost & Compensation block and log costs against them, just like you already do for movers and salespeople. Adding a cost automatically generates a vendor bill on that vendor's profile — no more recording the cost, then hunting down the vendor to enter the job number by hand.
Customize Invoices with Grouped Items
You can now group line items on invoices so customers see organized, readable totals instead of a flat wall of charges. Combined with our billing edit improvements, correcting an invoice takes fewer clicks and less back-and-forth with your office.
Updated Layout for Edit Billing
Throughout the start of this month, a new Edit Billing module will be rolled-out to more easily access billing variables, conduct changes in bulk, and modify fees across a number of different billing items from one page. Especially when navigating those complex multi-day projects with multiple different billing blocks, billing edits to those fees can be made that much faster than before.
New Reports
We've released four new reports to the Reports Library. Since these are new, please expect changes as feedback is received. Feel free to reach out to with questions or feedback.
Cost & Comp: Employee Payroll
A dedicated payroll report that breaks down every compensation cost item by employee and project. See exactly how each employee's pay was calculated with type-specific columns for hours, quantities, percentage bases, mileage, and weight. Includes an Employee Comp Summary for quick per-employee totals, and a Cost Coverage Diagnostic to identify gaps in your compensation setup.
Compare project revenue against configured labor costs and other tracked costs to surface gross margins across your organization. Includes trend charts by date, branch-level comparisons, average profitability by project type, and the same Cost Coverage Diagnostic to ensure your billing libraries are fully configured.
Track how your leads find you. This report surfaces marketing attribution data — UTM sources, campaigns, mediums, devices, and referrer URLs — tied to your projects. Use it to understand which marketing channels are driving the most leads and revenue.
A point-in-time view of your storage operations. Track container occupancy, revenue, and status across warehouses. Use it to monitor capacity, identify long-standing containers, and understand storage revenue trends.
Product Education Series: Updated Automations Layout and Triggers
This month, our Product Education Series will spotlight our latest improvements to our Automations module.
What we’ll cover:
Overview of the new layout to Automations
How to apply new triggers when building Automations
