Conversations Inbox: View Project Info Instantly

You can now see full project and job details directly within the Conversations Inbox. When you're chatting with a customer, you’ll notice a new section that shows key project information like dates, contact details, locations, billing, surveys, and more. If you need to dig in further, you can also click the project name to open it in a new tab.

Beta: Lead Providers Portal

We’re excited to share that the new Lead Providers Portal is now available in beta. This update lets you set up your lead providers and website integrations directly in the Office App — so you and your website developer can get everything connected without needing to reach out to the Supermove team.

Voice Agents: Transfer Calls

Voice agents are now able to recognize when a caller wants to be transferred — and they’ll handle the handoff automatically. Whether it’s sending the call to another team member, department, or even another voice agent, the system can now take care of it for you. You can also set custom transfer rules based on your workflow needs.
