Sales Dashboard

The Sales Tab has a new Dashboard feature to view company and individual bookings. The sales dashboard can be filtered down to show Closed Won, In Progress, and Closed Lost projects. Revenue and project counts can be compared to the previous period or to the same period from the previous year.

Admins will see a Company Dashboard which shows all bookings for the entire company. Individual salespeople will see metrics for their own projects that they have been assigned to as the salesperson.

[Beta] Vendors Tab 

Supermove is rolling out a new tab for managing vendors, such as office staff and movers. These vendor profiles can be automatically created and exported into accounting systems like QuickBooks to keep everything up-to-date.

[Beta] Vendor Statements

Within those vendor profiles, you can maintain a vendor statement. These statements are intended to tracks bills and payments to help you determine and calculate how much an individual should be paid over a specified time period. Vendor statements can include the earnings from projects, but they can also track expenses that are owed from fuel, insurance, claims, etc.

Cost and Compensation on projects will automatically populate items on these vendor statements as projects are completed. Going forward, this is the most flexible way to manage driver statements and calculating mover payroll.

This February, our Product Education Series will spotlight the Vendor Statements feature. This module will allow you to track and build payroll statements for movers, salespeople, and other personnel, which can also be exported into Quickbooks.
