Multi-Step Lead Forms

You can now create multi-step lead forms by connecting directly to a document flow. This supports a variety of use cases including collecting move details on the first step, showing pricing on the second step, and collecting a deposit on the third step.

Archive Bill Items, Rules, Templates, and Libraries

To help with cleaning up large billing libraries, we added the ability to archive bill items, rules, templates, and entire billing libraries. Archiving will help you remove any unused items so that your sales teams do not select outdated pricing.

Each page also includes the ability to sort, filter, or search so you can quickly find and modify the items you’re looking for.

Vendor Statement PDFs

Each vendor statement now includes a generated PDF which can be printed and downloaded. Within the vendor statements tab, you can view a live snapshot of the statement, then download the PDF to send to the specific vendor (mover, salesperson, etc).

Van Line Statement Editing

Van line statements now connect to vendor statements. This allows you to export your van line statements to your accounting integrations (QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct). You can also link specific expenses to drivers, split the items across multiple drivers, and adjust the amounts to make any corrections.

This June, our Product Education Series will spotlight our revamped Billing Libraries.

• How to also use some of the newer abilities we’re adding to your billing libraries
