In this email we will cover a few of our latest product updates: Invoice Statuses Capacity Calendar Metrics Voice Agents: Send Email & Send SMS And our upcoming September Product Education Webinar on Wednesday, the 23rd   Andrew Moncada  Supermove Product Experts Invoice Statuses Invoices now follow a simpler path — Draft, Ready, Issued, and Paid — so your team can tell at a glance where every invoice stands and what needs to happen next. Capacity Calendar Metrics by Slot Your Capacity Calendar can now count committed crew and trucks by slot, so two jobs sharing the same truck no longer double up against your availability. What you see left for the day is what you actually have. You can also break the count out across multiple crew positions now, instead of just one. Voice Agents: Send Email & Send SMS When a voice agent finishes a call, it can now draft a custom follow-up email or text message for you based on your own templates and any instructions you've given it. Every draft waits for your review before it goes out, or you can set an action to send on its own.
