[NEW] Surveys: Time Additives

The surveys tool now supports logging “Pack Time” and “Unpack Time” for each item.

This helps understand the total time required for the pack and unpack jobs and the totals can be used as inputs to billing engine to automatically calculate additional fees for long pack and unpack times.

Projects List: Mobile Support

As part of our mobile phone and tablet initiative, we are starting to roll out improvements to several key pages within Supermove. This update includes the Projects List page which has now been optimized to work well on all platforms - desktop, tablet, and mobile. Each project can be viewed in a list without having to scroll horizontally. You’re able to expand a single project and take action on it right on this page

Claims: Assign Job & Movers

Next up, we have an important update to the claims module. Each claim can now be associated to a specific job and specific movers that were assigned to the job. This helps understand where the source of the claims is coming from – specific job types, specific movers, etc. We have included settings to make selecting a job and/or movers required so that every claim going forward will be capturing this data properly.

[NEW] Claims Summary Report

Along with the release of the updated claims module, we have also rolled out a new report in the Reports Library for the “Claims Summary” report. You can add it to your account today by clicking this link and hitting “Add Report”. This new report helps you visualize the claims by count, by dollar value, and by grouping across other fields including Crew Lead, Movers, Claim Type, and Claim Status.
