Copilot Call Automations

You can now power up your Office App workflows with Copilot Call Automations. Three new triggers — Call Completed, Call Tag Added, and Call Tag Removed — can now kick off project automations. This means you can automatically send emails, quotes, confirmations, and text messages directly from the Automation Builder without any extra steps. Try them out today in Automation Builder, and see how much time you can save!

CoPilot Callouts

Beta: Client Roles & Multiple Clients

Supermove Projects are about to get even more flexible. Soon you’ll be able to define client roles and assign multiple clients to a single project. This update makes it easier to handle real-world scenarios like including a Move Manager, linking Origin and Destination Agents, or adding third-party vendors to your projects.

We’re opening up beta access in September. If you’d like to participate, email product@supermove.com with the subject line “Client Roles”, and let us know how you plan to use this feature.

Coming Soon: Lead Forms

This September we’re launching the new Lead Form Builder, giving you the ability to design and customize lead forms that can be embedded directly on your website. Just like documents, these forms are fully customizable — whether you need a simple contact form or a more detailed intake form to collect all the details up front.

 

We’ll be sharing more information once the beta is ready, but here’s a quick preview of what’s coming:

Support Education Series: Managing Survey Settings

This September, our Support Education Series will spotlight Managing Survey Settings in the Office App—giving you the tools to customize and streamline the way your team creates surveys and estimates. From updating your survey libraries to assigning pricing that drives accurate packing bills, these settings help ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in every project you run through Supermove.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to update and maintain your Survey Libraries
  • Assigning pricing to items so your Packing Bill populates correctly
  • Adding and editing settings to fit your company’s workflow
