NEW: Finalize Job
Alongside the new timesheets & crew hours update, we have been working on a simpler Finalize Job flow. This replaces the old Edit Report flow since timesheets can now be edited inline. Finalizing a job will now prevent edits from being made to jobs. You can always un-finalize a job to make edits, if needed.
With the introduction of Crew Hours, it is now possible to record non-billable time via the Crew App. We are adding a new report that helps you understand how efficient your jobs are relative to the number of hours being paid out to movers. Please note, this report will be automatically added to your account after you upgrade to our newest timesheets update.
The team at Supermove is working on several updates to billing to simplify the experience. The first update that’s entering into beta is the “Edit Bill Item” experience. This simplifies the editing experience so you can modify the fields that are directly tied to a single bill item. No more scrolling through Edit Billing Values to find the specific field you want to update!
