NEW: Operations Admin Role
There is a new “Admin” role, Operations Admin, that can be used to remove accounting access from Admin users. The “Operations Admin” role has access to all modules except the ability to edit, send, and finalize invoices on the accounting module. To adjust staff permissions, you can navigate to settings > staff > office staff.
NEW: Automation Trigger for a Reply to a SMS
As we continue to add to our Automations, we have added in a new “SMS Received” trigger to alert companies when a new text message is received from the end customer. To set this up, you’ll want to create an internal email template to alert the team when a response comes in. This template can include the project link to open up the Office App.
We’ve made a few updates to our global reports allowing you to now filter by project tags and make your own report adjustments. We’ve also added new articles to our help center focused on helping you better leverage reporting in Supermove.
Support Education Series: Running a Job on the Office App
In the second week of December, the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through Running a Job on the Office App.
We will cover from Lead Creation all the way to Job Completion. If you're new to Supermove or just looking for a quick refresh, this is a great opportunity to learn!
Our product team has been cooking up some exciting updates around timesheets, which will begin rolling out over the next few weeks. The new job timesheets will improve upon the current experience (especially for teams currently using the per-mover timesheets) by providing more flexibility when managing job hours for multiple crew positions on larger jobs.
We’re also excited to introduce crew timesheets, where teams can capture additional crew hours outside of the job!
Finally, we’re improving the way we report on timesheets, which will now provide teams with more comprehensive and accurate reporting for compensation and payroll purposes.
